 * Great plugin! The only thing I can’t figure out is how to make the output to 
   be valid html as per w3c validator:
 *     ```
       Bad value http://www.facebook.com/sharer.php?u=http://mysite/2015/my-first-post/&t=My first post for attribute href on element a: Illegal character in query: not a URL code point.
       …15/my-first-post/&t=My first post'></a> <a class='twitter'	target='_blank'…
       ```

 * > Any URL. For example: /hello, #canvas, or [http://example.org/](http://example.org/).
   > Characters should be represented in NFC and spaces should be escaped as %20.
