 * Thank you for sharing the test URL.
 * On checking **[https://test.agenos.hu/](https://test.agenos.hu/)**, the CookieYes
   banner is currently being blocked by the **Content Security Policy (CSP)** configured
   on the site. Because of this, the banner does not load correctly, which prevents
   us from reviewing the HTML output and the accessibility issues you mentioned 
   earlier.
 * Please update your CSP settings by following the steps outlined in our documentation:
   
   https://www.cookieyes.com/documentation/content-security-policy-csp/
 * Once the CSP issue is resolved and the banner loads normally, please let us know
   so we can continue reviewing the original issue.

 * After checking the website again, the CSP issue appears to be resolved, so the
   earlier concerns were reviewed once more. Based on the current output at [https://test.agenos.hu/](https://test.agenos.hu/),
   the empty HTML element and the contrast ratio issue mentioned earlier do not 
   seem to appear in the markup.
