* Please can you enqueue the styles rather than placing at end of the body?
* I have this error when [validating](https://validator.w3.org) any page, even
those without a form:
* _**Error:** Element [`style`](https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/#the-style-element)
not allowed as child of element [`body`](https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/#the-body-element)
in this context. (Suppressing further errors from this subtree.)_
