 * I’m interested in buying the HTML version but before doing it I’d like to know:

   1. Does the html version allow me to decide if I want to send the full post or
   if I only want to send an excerpt but with the images included? 2. In case I
   send the excerpt: can I use a font style or it is plain text? 3. The excerpt
   is taken from the excerpt area in wordpress or you take a chunk of the whole
   post? 4. In the free version I have not seen in the e-mails an option so that
   people can click to unsubscribe. Is it in the HTML version?

 * [@fjrichart](https://wordpress.org/support/users/fjrichart/),
 * 1. The **free** version sends a plain text excerpt to public subscribers with
   registered subscribers able to choose the email format they receive. In the **
   HTML** version public subscribers get full content HTML email by default (in
   per post mode) but the format can be change by writing a little code to change
   the default (basically a plugin to Subscribe2 in the same way Subscribe2 is a
   plugin to WordPress). So, yes, it is possible to send an HTML excerpt with images.
 * 2. Yes, you can define font styles in the Templates, these will work for Registered
   users and in the previews in the free version so you can test before you buy.
 * 3. The excerpt is taken from the excerpt area if there is one, or any content
   before and HTML ‘more’ tag if there is on. If these are both absent then the
   first part of the full content is used.
 * 4. There is now way to put unsubscribe click links in the notification emails
   because Subscribe2 is designed to be able to send 1 email to many recipients.
   It is possible to put a link back to your subscription handling page though.
   I have this line in my own templates:
 *     ```
       You received this e-mail because you asked to be notified when new updates are posted. To change your settings or unsubscribe visit <a href="{BLOGLINK}/subscriptions/">{BLOGLINK}/subscriptions/</a>.
       ```
