HTML5 Video Background

I added HTML5 video background plugin and configured it on a new page.
My video does not show. I uploaded a videos to my library and copied the link http://webbmarineinc.com/water-background/ and http://webbmarineinc.com/video/water-background1/
to the HTML5 video backgound plugin.
Can anyone help
