# HTTP 403 on Submit

 * More than half of the time when clicking the “Send” button there is no response
   or message presented to the user. The browser console logs a POST 403 error, 
   as in “wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/8768/feedback?_locale=user 403”

 * WooCommerce, LiteSpeed Cache, Pods, MetaSlider are the main ones, with Pro theme.

 * Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact
   Form 7, and clearing all cache data.

 * It appears to have been caused by a bug in the theme we use, now fixed. Thank
   you for the help and suggestions.
