# HTTP Error 400 after testing

 * Hi,
 * i can’t set up my Twilio account correctly in your plugin. I tried, but the SMS
   aren’t arriving, and your testing tool fails.
   I set it up **[THIS](https://ibb.co/zWCK9SD9)**
   way.I received an HTTP 400 error after running the test, as you can see **[HERE](https://ibb.co/WpjMjhjx)**.
   What am I doing wrong?

   I believe your
   phone number isn’t either purchased from Twilio ( it’s not a twilio verified 
   account)I’ll quote this answer from one of Twilio Support team: When making calls
   or sending texts you can set the number that you are calling from as either a
   Twilio number or a number that you have verified is your own. The error message
   is saying that neither of these conditions have been met.
 * If you are trying to make a call with a Twilio number that you have bought, then
   your should double check the number in your code to make sure it matches your
   Twilio number.
 * If you are trying to call from your own phone number, then make sure the number
   appears in your [verified numbers list in your Twilio console](https://www.twilio.com/console/phone-numbers/verified).
   If it doesn’t then you will need to verify it from that page first.

 * I see that’s verified.
   Your account project isn’t a trial one, correct?– First,
   can you enable logs in the plugins and try to use it with a test . then share
   here the logs you got? (always hide your phone number)-Double check the creds
   of the account. SID, Token and Service ID.

 * I have a trial version and the default credits, but I haven’t made any payments
   yet.
   Here’s the log:

   number or Short Code country mismatch ******
   The telephone code for Italy is 
   +39
