HTTP Error 500

    Hi,

    I was updating my plugins and wordpress and everything froze. I cannot log into my site now and just get
    “www.healingminds.ie is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500”

    Can anyone advise what I can do as website is down now too.

    @bckeogh Are you able to share what the issue was? It helps others to share how you solved the problem.

    Things like the following are very helpful:

    • Active plugins when you encountered the issue
    • Active theme when you encountered the issue
    • Did you disable a certain plugin to fix the issue?

    Unable to access my WordPress admin site.
    I get the following message.

    This page isn’t working

    my IT company that handles hosting told me that I have the following error:

    The error logs on the backend of your website show this:
    [18-May-2018 16:12:13 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/mvseer/public_html/wp-content/plugins/inbound-pro/classes/admin/report-templates/report.email-stats.php on line 303

    @mvseer2018 Thanks for the info. It seems that you are having an issue with the inbound-pro plugin, which does not appear to be in the ww.wp.xz.cn plugin repository. Please reach out to them for support.
