 * I was updating my plugins and wordpress and everything froze. I cannot log into
   my site now and just get
    “www.healingminds.ie is currently unable to handle 
   this request. HTTP ERROR 500”
 * Can anyone advise what I can do as website is down now too.

   what the issue was? It helps others to share how you solved the problem.
 * Things like the following are very helpful:
    - Active plugins when you encountered the issue
    - Active theme when you encountered the issue
    - Did you disable a certain plugin to fix the issue?

 * my IT company that handles hosting told me that I have the following error:
 * The error logs on the backend of your website show this:

   does not appear to be in the WordPress.org plugin repository. Please reach out
