   menu. Can you help me please?

 * Please let me know are you facing issue due to the Spectra plugin. You can confirm
   this by turning off the Spectra plugin temporarily.

 * Ty for your help, 
   I turned off the plugin and Customize work normally like the
   print I attached.
 * I already installed wordpress again and just install that theme and the error
   already appear.
