# HTTP ERROR 500

 * Hello,
 * I installed the AMP app and activated it. I tried to view a post by adding /amp/
   to the end of the URL. It gives this error:
 * The page isn’t working
    Site is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP
   ERROR 500
 * Any help would be appreciated.

 * Based on Makocal here [, I fixed the 500 issue on AMP pages by installing php-xml in my Amazon ec2 instance.](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/500-error-page-when-trying-to-view-an-amp-page?replies=5)
 * Command used:
    sudo yum install php-xml
