 * Greetings,
 * I inherited this website for our organization about six months ago with no information
   except for credentials to log in as site administrator. I attempted to go to
   site to make an update only to find “This page isn’t working/unable to handle
   this request/http error 500 message”.
 * I am unable to login and the research I have done has been, to be honest, above
   my ability level to resolve the issue. Again, I know very little history about
   the site and do not know who is the host.
 * Any assistance is GREATLY appreciated.
 * Thank you!
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fhttp-error-500-90%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t
   find the log, please contact your host.
 * Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/
   debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. [https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress](https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress)
 * You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of
   the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one
   to identify the source of your troubles.
 * If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to [deactivate plugins](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F).

 * Had the same issue in the last 24 hours with any of my Woocommerce sites that
   I updated to the latest version 3.3.4
 * I rolled back to version 3.3.3 and the sites are working now
