# HTTP error after upload is complete

 * First of all thank you for the developer of this plugin. However, I am unable
   to use this plugin. After the upload of the mp4 file to the media library is 
   complete a red box appears with the message “HTTP error”. The file has not been
   uploaded.
 * I’m using the latest WP and followed the instructions provided by the developer(
   s) of this plugin.
 * I am looking forward to your response.

 * I fixed my own mistake by entering the correct applications folder path.
 * I upload the video file but is stuck to 100%. It’s not working.

 * This is a hard one to troubleshoot because it is a very common WordPress error
   and it’s so vague that it’s hard to know why it’s happening. [Here’s a page full of different fixes you could try](http://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/229-fixing-errors-when-uploading-images-in-wordpress).
 * Have you set the plugin to automatically encode or generate thumbnails when a
   video is uploaded?
