# HTTP Error for media

 * I am currently unable to upload any media. When I try and use the drag and drop
   method, I get an HTTP error. If I try and use the simple uploader, the page freezes
   in chrome and I get a no content error in IE. Is this a hiccup of the upgrade
   or is there something I can do to fix it?

 * Okay so I discovered that I can upload pictures that were not taken on an iPhone.
   However, the pictures that I need uploaded are iPhone pictures. Is there anyway
   around this that will still preserve the quality?

 * People upload iPhone photos all the time – so I’m not sure what’s going on there.
   Are they huge?

 * That’s pretty big – way bigger than you need for the web. Try reducing the size
   before uploading.
 * Your hosting may have limits on upload size.

 * That seemed to work! Thank you for your help 🙂 (Though I’m annoyed that I have
   to go and reduce 100 files now)
