# HTTP Error Issues

 * Dear Wordfence team:
 * I hope this message finds you well. I’m currently experiencing an issue with 
   your plugin and it might be related to another plugin I’m using simultaneously
   too. Whenever I activate Wordfence with Page Links To, I get an “HTTP error” 
   when I try to upload an image to my Media Library. However, this is seldom since
   it varies from file to file, and from browser to browser. I believe the issue
   is related to Wordfence though because I have switched settings on the other 
   plugin, and the issue persists when Wordfence is activated.
 * If it helps, it seems to work in Mozilla Firefox, but not on the other browsers.
 * Could you please look into this?

 * What is the exact HTTP error code you’re getting? Could you please [share a screenshot](https://docs.wordfence.com/en/I%27m_sorry._I%27m_not_very_technical._How_do_I_take_a_screenshot%3F)?
 * At the time this occurs, can you see any corresponding request being “Blocked”
   or “Blocked By Firewall” on the _[Wordfence –> Live Traffic](https://docs.wordfence.com/en/Live_traffic)_
   page?

 * Basically it literally ONLY says “HTTP error”. You can see what I mean here:

 * I checked the requests on the Live Traffic, and there are no reports of anything
   being Blocked when I try to upload a media file.
