She is a photographer. I have performed all recommended troubleshooting and found that when this plugin is activated, we get the HTTP error. When it is deactivated, images upload as expected. I understand that your plugin is running on over 100,000 sites. But I disabled everything, even switched themes to default and when reactivating this one plugin – I got the http error. I appreciate your response but we will just leave it deactivated for now. But I suspect you haven’t actually checked the right log file. I do know what I am doing. So it’s been since that update that she’s had the issue. Again, we will just leave it deactivated since things are working now. That, and I was a bit confused as to why you would dismiss the errors without sharing them.
