 * Hi,
    I noticed this morning that when a user cancelled their subscrition in paypal,
   the IPN did not update the transaction type. I checked in the IPN history and
   seems the HTTP response is giving a 500 and its showing as retrying multiple
   times. Can you please assist on how we can fix this? Thank you. 🙂

 * Please check the PHP error logs on your server. We should be able to find the
   specific error code/message that is happening when the IPN script attempts to
   run.
 * Also, if you have logging enabled please check that log file to see if it shows
   any failure details for the transaction(s) in question.
