 * I have never setup or used HTTPS on my sites. But the email from my site/wordpress
   telling me that there is a new comment all have HTTPS in the links.

 * Normally I don’t get noticed that I get spam because I run Akisment, but that
   has fallen over too. I got a funny feeling that it is because somewhere has been
   told that my site is HTTPS and not HTTP.
 * I have asked my host too, but anyone here got a pointer to what causes this?

 * For some reason your site it picking up the HTTPS version when that is not setup
   on your site properly, the correct TLS certificate is missing for your host name.
 * I’d start with asking your host if they support Let’s Encrypt for free TLS certificates.
   If they do (and on Ubunutu 16.04 LTS it’s very easy to manage) then that may
   be the best solution.
 * Are you running your own nginx server on your server or is your host running
   it for you?

 * Hi Jan
 * I have asked and is awaiting answers. My host is doing everything for me, bar
   the basic. Site is on a shared server and I was told that I couldn’t do Let’s
   Encrypt because of that.
 * I will let you know what is what when I know more.
