 * Thank you for reaching out for assistance. Looking into your issue, I can see
   that your server may have restrictions or security settings to prevent connecting
   to the Instagram API – which is the “cURL error 28” you see. I would recommend
   contacting your hosting provider and mentioning that you see this error when 
   trying to connect to the Instagram “API: http_request_failed – cURL error 28:
   Failed to connect to graph.facebook.com port 443: Connection timed out'”
 * If the case is that they are blocking access, please request that they allow 
   access from your site to graph.facebook.com, graph.instagram.com, and api.instagram.
   com.
 * An alternative solution is to try connecting as a “Business” account by following
