 * 1. Ask GoDaddy, or check their help, since I don’t use them I don’t know how 
   to show invisibles.
 * 2. Depends on your hosting level. Check their help.

 * #2 – yes, gotta ask them, but for wildcard subdomains, I think they make you 
   get a dedicated IP.
 * this is *their* requirement, not WordPress’.

 * Thanks Andrea_r, Yes that was the web hosting provider answer:
    It is not able
   for shared hosting accounts.
