 * Download error. cURL error 56: Recv failure: Connection reset by peer
 * or
 * Download error. cURL error 35: OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection
   to downloads.wordpress.org:443
 * while doing update or installing plugin.
