 * Latest Redux version from here brings my site to Internal Server Error (505).
   The theme is MedicalPress and requires the “Template Library and Redux Framework”.
   If I disable the plugin, the website works normally but looks ugly.
 * Can you help me?

 * You will need to contact the theme author regarding this error as we do not support
   theme users and have no way to debug the theme. We have no control over how theme
   authors use Redux. If the theme author discovers the issue is with Redux, they
   will need to contact us and we’ll work with them to resolve the issue.
 * Also, the reason everything works when you disable the plugin is because all
   the options within the theme are disabled. If this issue is within one of those
   features, it will appear fixed and thus the blame often falls on us when it’s
   really with the theme.
 * Good luck.

 * [@briefsenden](https://wordpress.org/support/users/briefsenden/) Providing the
   WP_DEBUG output for the error would certainly help identify things.
 * Also, are you sure it’s a 505 error and not the much more common 500 error? [https://bobcares.com/blog/505-http-version-not-supported/](https://bobcares.com/blog/505-http-version-not-supported/)(
   among other articles/resources out there) explains why enabling/disabling a plugin
   really shouldn’t be encountering this issue as it’s more of a server misconfiguration
   where the server is unable to provide the HTTP protocol version the visitor is
   requesting (how would toggling this plugin be changing what HTTP version the
   server is able to use?) If it actually is a 505 error, then the issue likely
   goes beyond this one plugin causing it (hosting provider, CDN configuration [
   if any is being used], server configuration, etc.) Meanwhile, a 500 error could
   lead any number of common issues (compared to 505 specifically having a malformed
   HTTP version somehow or some other strange situation.)
