Https insecure content mystickymenu.min.js

Hi we use our website with ssl through https and there is only one insecure element which is mystickymenu/js/mystickymenu.min.js.

it has to do with the way it is loaded so is it possible to load it like //mystickymenu/js/mystickymenu.min.js without http protocol? or any other alternative way to load it through functions.php with https?
