 * first of all thanks for this great plugin!
 * To prevent the “This page contains some resources that are not secure” error 
   on HTTPS websites, it’s possible to do some small change to the URLs contained
   in the WP-GPX-Maps.js file.
 * In particular I refer to:
    - line 191: [http://tile.openstreetmap.org/](http://tile.openstreetmap.org/)
      → [https://tile.openstreetmap.org/](https://tile.openstreetmap.org/)
    - line 365: [http://maps.google.com/mapfiles/ms/micons/flag.png](http://maps.google.com/mapfiles/ms/micons/flag.png)
      → [https://maps.google.com/mapfiles/ms/micons/flag.png](https://maps.google.com/mapfiles/ms/micons/flag.png)
