# https issue after migration

 * I moved my live site to localhost but now when i access my localhost it automatically
   redirects me to [https://localhost/](https://localhost/) and thus i cannot log
   into my wp-admin as it gives me error CORS. Please help.

 * I completely renamed my plugins folder and then tried to access the website on
   localhost it still redirected me to [https://localhost/](https://localhost/),
   so i don’t think any plugin is forcing it to [https://localhost/](https://localhost/)

 * It could be a code in the theme, cache, or mu-plugin.
    Sometimes .htaccess does
   it too.
