# https / SSL migration – counters reset?

 * Hi,
 * First of all, thank you for this very nice plugin. I appreciated its simplicity
   of use, and the fact that it does not load any external (and potentially tracking)
   js.
 * I recently switched to https URLs, and I wonder if there is a way to sum both
   http and https share counts in the counters displayed by your plugin. I know 
   these shares exist since I keep track of them in the backend through the excellent
   plugin “Social Metrics Tracker”, where the user is able to specify to retrieve
   shares for both protocols.
 * With SSL encryption gaining momentum, is it a feature you might consider for 
   a future release?
