My webmaster has installed the plug in on my web http://www.somosarmonia.com but it does not show up in most Pcs nor tablets nor mobiles. Prior to launching web deleted browser history but NOK. Tried it out in Mozilla, IE, chrome, no go. It only works on websmasters PC that have no antivirus installed. Can you please look into it? Thank you for your support!

Maybe you have mistakenly checked “Admin only” option? In this case it shows up only in browser where admin is logged in.
