 * We have the Hubspot plugin installed and it is up to date in terms of current
   version. Our website traffic page views stopped working in March so we started
   to look into why page views weren’t being accounted for. We checked the plugin
   in WordPress and ran an update but still no fix. Hubspot is unable to identify
   any issue with the plugin on their end. They suggested that WordPress might be
   aware of any conflicting plugins that we might have that would suppress or remove
   the Hubspot tracking plugin from functioning.
 * They had us deactivate and reactive then check the source code on our webpages
   to search for js.hs-scripts.com before and after doing so. The source code shows
   up for me (a super admin in both wordpress and in Hubspot) but when asking other
   employees, they are unable to see that in the source code. We assume this issue
   is related to the traffic/views no longer working. However, it appeared for a
   minute or so for those individuals after reactivating the plugin but then disappeared
   for them after a few minutes. The Hubspot Support person experienced the same
   thing where it was back in her view in the source code and then was gone.
   Are
   there any known conflicts with the HS plugin that could help us troubleshoot
   this? Can you help us troubleshoot this as well?

 * HI [@michellefink24277](https://wordpress.org/support/users/michellefink24277/),

   Can you provide a link to your website where you expect the HubSpot tracking
   code to be? You mentioned that you can see the tracking code when inspecting
   the source code but others cannot. Are you all testing in the same browser? It
   is possible that if certain ad blockers are installed, they may prevent the tracking
   code from being loaded. Can you verify these differences persist when testing
   in the same browser in incognito mode. If so you can let me know the browser /
   version? You also mentioned “WordPress might be aware of conflicting plugins”.
   To be clear, this is a first party HubSpot plugin and this support thread is
   monitored by HubSpot engineers who maintain the plugin. We aren’t aware of any
   other plugins that would prevent the HubSpot plugin from working. Do you maintain
   records of the plugins you install on your website. Maybe you could zero in on
   plugins installed around March that you suspect might be causing an issue? Best,
 * Conor

 * Thank you for your reply [@cheffernan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cheffernan/)!
 * The website is [reverbpeople.com](https://reverbpeople.com/) and I’ve inspected
   the source code across multiple pages on the site. We’ve had friends and family
   do the same on multiple days to let us know if they have the js.hs-scripts.com
   code on the page. We’ve tried incognito, mac, windows, and chrome (confirmed
   at the time, it was up to date with latest version). Here’s an account of our
   findings on 5/16 as an example where we tested two specific pages across 6 laptops
   using Chrome browsers:
 * Marketer’s laptop: it is NOT showing on the homepage

   SHOWING on the contact us pageMarketer’s laptop incognito: it is SHOWING on the

 * Since March – We had one individual make changes in the website and I’ve audited
   his work and concluded that only meta descriptions and H1s, H2s, H3s were edited.
   He did not add any new plugins. He did update site files with Yoast which was
   an existing plugin (XML sitemap and Robots.txt). Our website developer is the
   only other person with access and confirmed, no new plugins or existing plugins
   were altered on her end.

 * Hi [@michellefink24277](https://wordpress.org/support/users/michellefink24277/),
 * Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the HubSpot tracking code.
 * When I checked the pages in question in my browser, I can see the tracking code
   being added to the page. The HubSpot plugin will always add the tracking code
   when it’s properly connected to your account.
 * There are only a couple of scenarios where the tracking code might not appear:
    1. **You’re signed in to the WordPress site** (e.g., as an editor or admin). HubSpot
       intentionally does not inject the tracking script in this case.
    2. **The plugin is disconnected** from your HubSpot account. If disconnected, the
       script won’t be added to the page.
 * If you’ve verified that the plugin is connected and you’re not signed into WordPress
   while testing, then I’m not sure what might be going wrong.
 * That said, here are a couple of things worth checking:
 * **Content Security Policy (CSP)**
   If your site’s server is applying a strict
   CSP header and it doesn’t include `https://js.hs-scripts.com`, the browser will
   block the tracking script. You can check this in your browser’s DevTools console
   or network tab for blocked requests or warnings.
 * **Caching or Optimization Plugins**
   Some plugins like WP Rocket, Autoptimize,
   or SG Optimizer can defer or strip scripts like HubSpot’s. Try temporarily disabling
   any performance or caching plugins and see if the tracking script starts appearing
   again.
 * I hope this helps. I am sorry I cannot be more help. I am sure you can appreciate
   it is tricky to debug issues on an individual WordPress instance with a specific
   set of plugins / browser on your end.
 * Best,
   Conor
