Hi there @argondesign 👋
WooCommerce Square sync seems to be responsible for a huge amount of bandwidth per day. I am seeing 5-10gb on Cloudfront CDN. When I deactivate the sync the bandwidth goes down by 90-95%. Is this normal? Why is this so high?
This is odd. Could you provide further details on it, please?
Square will automatically sync information with WooCommerce approximately every 60 minutes. You can also run a manual sync any time. Feel free to learn more, at the link here.
That said, the frequency with which the automatic sync runs can be adjusted.
I hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
We will be happy to help you further.
What further information would you like? I have the sync set to 60 minutes.
Hi there @argondesign 👋
I have the sync set to 60 minutes.
Thank you for confirming this.
What further information would you like?
I’d like to understand more about your setup. Could you share further details on the specific metrics that reveal such bandwidth usage, at your site, so we can investigate further, please?
Furthermore, to get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via ‘WooCommerce > Status’. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
