 * Is there a way to allow the Editor role in WP access to this plugin? In our current
   instillation only Admin has this access. Not seeing Hypercache functionality 
   in the Capabilities screen.

 * I think one of the reasons for only the admin to have access to the plugin is
   for security and stability purposes. It makes sense to only allow administrators
   to manage the cache plugin imho.
