# Hyperlink problems, please help

 * Question, I am noticing that the permalinks at our Musings of the Monster Librarian
   blog using WordPress only gives the first sentence of the blog and there isn’t
   a way to see the rest of the blog entry. An example is:
    [http://www.monsterlibrarian.com/TheCirculationDesk/?p=245](http://www.monsterlibrarian.com/TheCirculationDesk/?p=245)
   How can we get the permalinks to show the whole entry or to go to that entry 
   in the blog? The blog address is: [http://www.monsterlibrarian.com/TheCirculationDesk/](http://www.monsterlibrarian.com/TheCirculationDesk/)

 * Those aren’t your permalinks, those are your excerpts. Look at the theme and 
   I suspect the single.php file is making a call to `the_excerpt()` instead of `
   the_content()`

 * Thank you, I changed the theme and that seems to have fixed the issue.
