Unfortunately, I’ll have to disappoint you. TablePress can not directly import links from an Excel file, as those use a different technical structure. TablePress however requires links to be HTML code :-/ Now, there are some ways to convert this, e.g. with VB macros in Excel, but I don’t think that this will be a solution for this table, due to it’s structure of worksheets. * Also, the size might indeed be a concern, as showing a large table like this would most likely have drawbacks, like a very slow “Edit” screen. OK. But embedded links (eg those in DOC1_Papers in col 9) are not clickable. BRgds. The Extension converts all URLs to clickable links. The embedded links suffer from that import issue with the different link format in Excel. Making those clickable would have to be done in Excel, e.g. by using a macro to convert them to HTML code there. I prefer keeping the URL hidden behind a shorter text. This is also more clear for the reader. But I accept that this is my own choice! I hope you will find a way to crack this problem some day. It’s just not directly possible to import them from Excel. Thank you very much for the plugin. It’s a shame (to me) that you can not directly import an excel table with text that has a hyperlink below. As it happened to “arthurdegraauw” I also prefer that the user can see a text instead of a “horrifying” URL. Of course, you can make one by one in each cell, using the “Insert Link” button but this way is very laborious. Well, I will do this, because I only have 220 cells Again, thank you very much for the plugin!!! I have to go into each cell and insert the URL and place text over.
