I am so clueless…

Once again, I am stymied by CSS.

In the evolve theme, all I want to do is make the very light gray borders around tables disappear. After much research, and several attempts, I don’t seem to be able to make anything happen.

My latest attempt is:

.td, th {
border: 1px solid #FFFFFF;
}

But is has no effect.

Help me Obiwan Kenobi. You’re our only hope.
