I may need to deactivate the plugin.
I am on another Google browser but if I am logged out here, then I cannot re-enter my website. I think I may need to deactivate the plugin and delete it and then start from scratch.

If the plugin’s dashboard does not show anything and the 2FA onboarding page is unresponsive as well, this is most-likely due to the REST API of your website not being accessible to the plugin.
The plugin uses the REST API of your site to load various settings, so if the REST API is inaccessible, this will cause behavior like you described.
In such cases, the usual recommendation is to test the behavior with Really Simple Security as the sole activated plugin to check if the issue persists. If it does not occur when your other plugins are disabled, re-enable plugins one by one until the issue reappears.
As soon as the problem reappears after enabling a certain plugin, you’ll know that that plugin was likely related to the issue.
