    I purchased a paid add-on, but I want to cancel my subscription because it is not updated and I don’t use it.

    However, there is no cancel function on the site and I cannot cancel my subscription.

    I contacted the company, but there is no reply, and the money is deducted every year.

    It is a hellish situation.
