# I cannot create a label

 * When I try to create a label I get the messsage, “Cannot convert string “true”
   to a double”.
 * How do I fix this?

 * Are you on the latest version of the plugin? If not, can you try updating the
   DHL for WooCommerce plugin to see if that fixes the issue?

 * Yes I have the latest version of DHL for Woocommerce.

 * I have been using the plugin for about a year. I even tried editing the adress
   but nothing has changed.
