Hi I cannot log into my website.

It’s http://www.what2.co.uk

I’m not that technical and we have not changed anything at all.

Please can someone help me

Looks like you either have a security plugin (which one?) or your hosting company has added security?

If you have a security plugin – login via FTP and rename the plugin folder – that will disable the plugin and then you might be able to login.
