Please respond with the complete shortcode you’re using, including any modifiers.

Are you using the new Gutenberg WordPress editor or the Classic Editor? If it’s the Classic Editor, make sure you saving the shortcode under the Text side of the editor instead of the Visual side. That makes a difference sometimes.

    Thank you.

I am using wordpress 5.1 with a plugin to use the Classic Editor.

Whenever I use a shortcode, I always use the text version, for sometime the visual one puts garbage or snippet, the shortcode is clean and wordpress somehow sees it as a code, for it displays an empy box, so I guess there is something else not working.

    Thank you.

I have asked the Blubrry dev team to look at your question. A response will be posted here as soon as they’ve had an opportunity to look it over.

    Hello @tsolignani,

I took a look at your website, the normal Player built into WordPress (MedlaElement JS) doesn’t look right on your site. I looked further and it appears the content for the playlist player is within the page but something is preventing it from coming together in the page. I would suggest first trying a stock theme such as twentyeighteen. If the theme does not work, then try disabling plugins one by one until the player as well as the playlist player appear correctly. This will help pinpoint what is causing the issue with the player and playlist on your website. This page can help further with more details how to debug the situation https://create.blubrry.com/resources/powerpress/using-powerpress/diagnosing-feed-andor-player-issues-with-powerpress/

    Thanks,
    Angelo
