Hi, I was at wordpress.com but then I decided to migrate to ww.wp.xz.cn. I migrated with help of Godaddy using Cpanel. I can’t see my website on ww.wp.xz.cn even after 3 days of migration. When I click it takes me again to wordpress.com. I want to access my ww.wp.xz.cn dashboard. Please help me.

Your domain’s name servers are still pointed to WordPress.com.

You’ll need to get your new name servers from your new hosting provider and change them through your domain’s registrar.

How to get new name servers from ww.wp.xz.cn that is my new hosting provider. My domain name is registered with Godaddy

ww.wp.xz.cn is software that you install on a hosting provider, we are not a hosting provider.

If you “migrated with help of Godaddy using Cpanel” you are hosted with GoDaddy, and you can find your name servers with them by following this guide: https://www.godaddy.com/help/find-my-godaddy-nameservers-12318

If your domain is also registered with GoDaddy, you can change its name servers by following the guide: https://www.godaddy.com/help/edit-my-domain-nameservers-664

Okay, if I found my name server, where I have to add those name servers? The second link that you have sent me is not working. It is showing invalid url

    Huh, it works for me.

Go to https://www.godaddy.com/help and search for “nameservers”.

I have contacted WordPress and they have changed name servers. Can you please let me know what next?? I’m migrating from WordPress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn

would i be able to receive same layout, content and colors, pages in this transfer or migration? I used a plugin to migrate my data

To transfer from WordPress.com, please follow the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/export/

And to transfer to ww.wp.xz.cn, use Tools > Import > WordPress in the new site’s Dashboard (or follow your plugin’s instructions if you used a plugin like All-in-One WP Migration to move your site).

You are not getting my point. I mean to say that we have initiated migration already using a plugin all in omne WP from wordpress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn. Now I don’t know how to acccess ww.wp.xz.cn dashboard where my new website is migrated and I could edit it

You access your Dashboard at http://www.yoroomies.com/wp-login.php

    (@alexisyoroomies)

This is the page that is asking me to enter my username and password. I’m entering the same credentials that I’m using for account where I’m replying you this thread from. They are saying that login is not right. Whren I try to generate a new password, it says: NO ACCOUNT WITH THIS EMAIL.
From where can I get new email and password.
One more thing, I’m not getting your thread replies since yesterday on my email though I was getting email replies normally two days ago. It means that my website has been transferred to ww.wp.xz.cn but as I have no more domain connection with wordpress.com where it was earlier, they have suspended or did something with my Titan Email box as well. I’m able to access that mail box but I’m not receiving your replies. It means they have suspended it or something. Please help in details with it. My first concern is: Being able to login ww.wp.xz.cn dashboard. Where are its username or email and password?? Please keep in mind, I transferred it via CPanel with the help of Godaddy support.

Please help me to upload my WPress Format file that I downloaded from WP Migration plugin using WordPress.com
Godaddy asking to extract it and no software is working. Please help. I have 805 MB file that I saved from WP Migration

Ah ok, I see where the confusion is. 🙂

ww.wp.xz.cn is not like WordPress.com at all.

ww.wp.xz.cn is just the site where we develop, support, and distribute the WordPress software. You do not log in here to manage your site. http://www.yoroomies.com and https://ww.wp.xz.cn are not connected in any way and will never be.

When you installed WordPress at http://www.yoroomies.com you either created a username and password or were assigned them and that’s what you use to log in at http://www.yoroomies.com/wp-login.php which is where you manage your site.

If you don’t remember your login info, use the “Lost your password?” link there.

As for importing your site, I assume you mean this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/

If so, you can follow their import instructions at https://help.servmask.com/knowledgebase/all-in-one-wp-migration-user-guide/

As for your Titan email, you’ll need to contact their support.

Also, I want to clarify one more big difference between WordPress.com and ww.wp.xz.cn. ww.wp.xz.cn sites are entirely self-contained, so unlike WordPress.com, we have no more access to them than any normal visitor. We’re more than happy to answer your questions, point you to instructions and offer advice as necessary, but unlike WordPress.com, we cannot provide any hands-on support.

I didn’t understand your this point: “http://www.yoroomies.com and https://ww.wp.xz.cn are not connected in any way and will never be.”

Please confirm that would I be able to receive payments from my website yoroomies, com if I build nad design on WP.org as my website was like roomies.com and I want same functionality?
From All in ONe WP Migration on wordpress.com, I saved an 805MB file in WPress format but I think ww.wp.xz.cn supports XML file or some other format not WPress. How to solve this issue? As if I can’t import comntent, data, design, it will be a nightmare to design a big website from scratch. Please help in all my issues.

I didn’t understand your this point: “http://www.yoroomies.com and https://ww.wp.xz.cn are not connected in any way and will never be.”

You cannot manage your site here, we are not a site-building service like WordPress.com. This is truly just a website where you download the software and access support forums.

Please confirm that would I be able to receive payments from my website yoroomies, com if I build nad design on WP.org

WordPress itself has no way to collect payments, but plugins like https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woocommerce/ add that functionality.

To import your site with the All in One WP Migration plugin, follow the steps at https://help.servmask.com/knowledgebase/all-in-one-wp-migration-user-guide/

If that isn’t working for you, please wait for them to reply to your support thread at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/wpress-format-file-support/

No, I have built stores in past for my clients using ww.wp.xz.cn. Their websites are live and running. Yes, they use woocommerce plugin as on wordpress.com
Please tell me clearly, if I build awebsite using woocommerce, design it using block editor or elementor, use a paid theme or import my website, would it be able to amke people do all functions like doinfg their rental business using my platform????
