I can’t set up the plugin.

I am trying to set the plugin into my website, but unfortunately I can’t. I see a messages and I don’t know how to fix it.
1. W3 Total Cache error: It appears Page Cache URL rewriting is not working. Please verify that the server configuration allows .htaccess

I called to my hosting company, where is my server they were during 1 hour with me talking by phone trying to fix it, but in the end they said that their server works well, so they don’t know how to fix it.

4. In the tutorial was that I should mark “Toggle all caching types on or off (at once)”, but it is not saving my mark. It is the same unmarked as before.

What shall I do next?
