    Since I installed Cleand Grip and then purchased the pro version, it has been a nightmare for me. I do not recommend it at all! I make changes and they are not updated or it just generates some code error. This topic has no technical support. Once you have acquired the pro version, they abandon you and do not help you to solve the problems that arise with the theme. If you write to technical support they take time to respond and do not solve the problem.
    Having known it was so bad, I don’t install it and don’t buy the pro version.

    My rating for them is not 1, it is 0.`

    Hi,

    This is completely false. You are using our theme now about one year. We have given support many times for your questions. Although many questions are not related to the theme, we have replied you within 24 hours. But you are sending too many emails asking for support for every problem of your website. This is a misuse of our support. Just because you are using the PRO version, we can not solve every non-theme related issue on your website. Theme is checked regularly and it does not generate errors as you have mentioned. It is working without any issue with latest version of WordPress and PHP. Every issue is not related to the theme. Please check your installed plugins.
