ok i found a shortcode and how to use it, but is there any way to get more columns and width in the fancy template?
THIS (click here) is what my fancy template code ends up looking like, i don’t know how to fix it
need some CSS maybe? or is it possible in your plugin?
i see there is something called ‘template tags’ but your documentation gives no examples of how to use them or where to put them…
you really need better documentation for beginners
i’m excited about the possibility of not having a boring grid, but can’t code it
i’m doing better now, changed themes lol…. is there any way to make the thumbs bigger?
ok, i put my page as a static front page and the layout is messed up again, grrrrrrrr
HELP??????
alright, i see, i got the short code to work in a project/portfolio, but i can’t get it to work in my static front page….
how do you make a project show up on a PAGE so that i can use it as my front page???
this should be easier to make the format of my front page like the project page
and the project page thumbnails are too small anyway….
this is making me crazy
I GIVE UP, after hours of trying to make things look right on a ton of themes with the short code…. I GIVE UP…. i’m right back where i started from, same boring theme
you imply that there is some sort of theme alteration i can make to the theme code to make your plugin work with the grid that is already there, but you give no explanation of how to code this….
i’m exhausted
if you can just tell me the css for this page i will just point my domain to it
sorry had to delete my website and start over, so your tiles pages are gone… the oringinal link to my website still works tho
i’m calm now, just need infinite scrolling
no i’m not calm, i need the code in the LOOP, my categories need it
really great support here lol
i’m trying to make wp tiles work with the thesis theme and it seems impossible
but then again, i couldn’t get the formatting to work on any OTHER theme either
using this code to try to get it to display cats…. it won;t
[wp-tiles byline_template=’%categories%’]
Hi Elaine,
Lots of messages you posted there 🙂 I was (still am) on holiday, so I have not been able to provide much plugin support.
Where are you with getting WP Tiles to display what you want it to? I see you have the title showing in the top left corner now, do you want to replace that with the categories? Or do you want to display tiles from a certain category only?
I am still on holiday, so can probably only help you out mid next week – maybe somebody else on the support forums can lend you a hand?
Cheers,
Mike
