I got Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘$value’

    This is the problem that appears in my wordpress which does not allows me to get into my wordpress, does anybody knows how can i fix it? HELP!!! PLEASE

    Your xcloner-backup-and-restore plugin seems to be the error.

    access your server via FTP/ SFTP , or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete/rename xcloner-backup-and-restore plugin
