• This lug in is ¿”¿’¿’¿’¿, I never issues with DIVI. It is limited, but at least it works. Elementor will not let me drag no matter what. I had enough wasting time on this ”¿¿¿¿¿. If you out something out at least make sure it works that people can use it, and answer the problems.

  • Bye bye. Maybe next time consider a little patience and appreciation that plugins like these are provided for you for FREE. I am sure your issue could have been resolved with a little help but you kind of make people not want to help you when you post several derogatory threads like these.

Maybe if things would be done properly so people can use them, than people would not make remarks, when I wasted time, and there is nobody who answers any questions. I understand it is free, and I am thankful for that, but maybe you guys should answer question when somebody is asking them, not when somebody is making a compliment. When somebody give you guys a good comment within minutes somebody is answering, when somebody has an issue sometimes for days nobody is answering. I find it interesting that I have posted something 16 hours ago I got not one answer, but when I complain you guys answer right away. Buy the way I understand that I paid for DIVI but not once I had any issues with it. This builder supposed to be very nice and all, but if it not working what is the use.
Also if you could maybe answer my question about why it is not working on my set up, then maybe I would give good review instead of the one that I did.
My kind of people are the one paying for themes, and giving recommendations, but when something s not working, and get no help it is very difficult be positive, and smile.

@papaenmerida Just for clarity I am not part of this plugin’s team or an author in any part. I am a regular user just like you. So I choose to help if I can and if I want.

Myself and another user did respond to you on another thread before you opened this one. He suggested making sure the required “section” was present but you kind of lashed out there too. I suggested you might find the source of your problem via the browser console. The drag and drop functionality is likely provided via javascript and maybe there is a conflict causing it to break, possibly another plugin or your chosen theme.

Currently there are 50k plugins here. Many are bound to break things! Try disabling all of them and using a core theme such as TwentySixteen and see if you still have issues. Another issue can be through the form of a browser add-on, did you try other browsers?

It is best to have very little expectations here or you will constantly be upset. This is a community of free stuff and free support. Much of that is free junk too, but there are some true gems here.

I happen to believe Elementor is one of those gems!

Please don’t upset them and make them go away and ruin it for the rest of us! There is nothing keeping them bound here. Again, don’t expect so much for free. When you pay for something, yes I agree, you are paying for the right to complain.

Thak you, but I alrady went through all that. I have TwentySixteen installed, no other plug ins I did everything else there was, and other than debugging things.

Look I thank you for trying, but I can not do anythig with it.

I agree that would be frustrating.

When I’ve eliminated the theme and other plugins I ask myself why it would work for others but not me.

Is it my environment? my server? corrupt or missing files maybe?

What about your browser, could another plugin be effecting it’s output or causing a conflict? I recently had this very same type of issue with an ad-blocker that a client was using. As soon as he disabled that from his browser he could see the new widget he added (a newsletter signup form) that was being taken out of the html.

Lastly, have you tried it on another website and get the same results?

Look man, just trying to help, if you’re over it and done trying to figure it, I get it, no worries and good day to you. Best of luck with Divi…it has indeed become much better since the V3 release and their support is good too. Go with what suits your time best.

Thank you for trying. Sorry if I came on too strong.
