# “i is not a function” error

 * I’m unable to create new pages, or edit existing pages because Yoast is showing
   the below error. I have followed the steps in this guide: [https://yoast.com/help/how-to-reset-yoast-indexables/](https://yoast.com/help/how-to-reset-yoast-indexables/)
   and it did nothing.
 * I have disabled all other plugins and even tested other themes, the only consistent
   thing is Yoast. If I disable it, everything starts working again.

 * I’m sorry about your experience. Due to the nature of the issue, we’ll need to
   take a look at your setup. However, we are unable to do it here as this is a 
   public forum. You could consider purchasing a [Yoast SEO Premium](https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/)
   subscription since it comes with email support. Then we can investigate the issue
   further directly on your setup privately.

 * Judging by other comments on this post, as well as a spate of other recent posts
   with similar issues, there appears to be some fundamental issues with the plugin
   at the moment and I don’t see why I should pay nearly $200AUD to have them fixed
   for the benefit of everyone. I’ll just wait for your next update and if that 
   doesnt fix it, will migrate all sites to RankMath.
