 * I installed a media plugin and i keep getting this message, what does it mean?

 * If you disable the plugin, does it start working again?
    Have a look and see 
   if the plugin you’ve installed is compatible with the version of WordPress that
   you’re running.

 * Check with these options:
 * – Upgrade your wordpress to the latest version
    – Reset the permalink on your
   blog – Disable all the plugins and enable it one by one to find out the culprit.
