If you do use that method please make a backup copy of your files before you edit them.
I am more lost than I was before. isn’t there a simpler way to do this. I dont have any experience in programming or web development at all. The only parts with FTPs I can find are:
1)the public FTP in my control panel, which says incoming, has 4kb, which cannot be edited.
2)where it says FTP accounts, which gives me an option to register an email,
3)where it says FTP controls,and
4) where it says webilizer FTP.
I have no idea which one it is. the instructions you gave me are not very “layman friendly”
isn’t there a simpler way to do this
Sorry but there isn’t. If you need help with FTP, try asking your hosts for assistance.
