I went Pro shortly after giving the free version a test run. I’ve been very pleased with the Pro version and the various add-ons (most of which are free). Support has been top notch. I expect to continue using Profile Builder on all of my websites.

Now years later. Still using Profile Builder. A month or so ago, I somehow managed to purchase a second account through CozmosLabs. (Clearly, I’m an air head) When I noticed this a few days ago I was looking at my account. A WTF moment exploded in my head. Two accounts? Two purchases?
I wrote CoxmosLabs and asked for help in figuring out what was going on. A couple of days later I received a response. Here is the important part.
“Yes, it seems that you have two Profile Builder Pro licenses purchased. From what I can see, the latest one that renewed on the 28th of July 2025 is not used on any site. If you wish, we can initiate a refund for the renewal and cancel this subscription.“
Refund? Really? Fantastic!
