 * So I put for example,
 * <IMG SRC=”[http://www.MYDOMAIN.com/image.jpg”&gt](http://www.MYDOMAIN.com/image.jpg”&gt);
 * in my post. And in the actual post, the URL of the image ends up as
 * [http://i1.wp.com/my-domain/file.jpg?w=600](http://i1.wp.com/my-domain/file.jpg?w=600)
 * How do I keep my script from letting wp.com take the image and post it’s image
   with it’s own width and height? I wand the image to show up exactly the same
   width/height as the image is, instead of getting shrunk. I want my own image,
   [http://www.MYDOMAIN.com/image.jpg](http://www.MYDOMAIN.com/image.jpg) in the
   post.

 * no, it’s not hacking your posts. xx.wp.com…. is the WordPress CDN. When you enabled
   the Photon module of Jetpack, it copied your images there and is serving them
   from there to reduce the load on your server.
 * If you don’t want to use Photon, disable it in Jetpack’s settings.

 * Thanks. Turns out that’s set to yes by default when you install Jetpack.

 * Does Jetpack copy said images back to my own server if I disable Jetpack or at
   least Photon???

 * Jetpack never removes the image from your server. If you disable photon, then
   it does not modify the links on your site to use the ones it copied to the wordpress
   CDN.
