# IAB TC string

 * Hi. Great plugin by the way. Wondering if I could ask for a little help. I have
   this message on Google AdSense:
 * ‘We’ve detected an issue on your IAB TC string on one or more of your sites or
   apps. These errors may affect your ability to serve ads to European users. A 
   detailed report is available for you on the EU user consent page.’
 * It’s for GDPR, error code 3.3
 * The TC string last updated date was more than 13 months ago. CMP should delete
   the old TC string and reobtain consent.
 * I use Google AdSense cookie consent form. I have searched the forum and found
   a couple of related pages, looked at the links provided by Google, but am still
   unsure what to do.
 * Any help would be great.

 * The IAB TC string is created by your consent plugin/software. Ad Inserter only
   [uses it’s API](https://adinserter.pro/faq/gdpr-compliance-cookies-consent#tcf).
   I would suggest contacting their support.
